Self Select Option
 One of the great features of the Home Style Selections program is the Self Select option.
The Self Select option allows you to choose the meals you like in the quantities you desire. No more having meals that are not compatible with your taste or do not meet your dietary restrictions.  Choose only the meals you want and none of the ones you don't.  Additionally, milk options are available. 
Standard 5 Day Option
If you're not too picky and like a variety, the Standard 5 Day Option menus are the way to go. You will receive a rotation of the fifteen menu choices available. No matter your taste, the Home Style Selections program can meet your desire.
Availability
Home Style Selections is available in the following Ohio counties, with more being added:
Allen     Ashland    Auglaize     Crawford     Hancock     Hardin     Huron     Knox     Marion    Mercer     Morrow     Putnam     Richland     Seneca     Van Wert     Wyandot

Payment Options
The Home Style Selections program can be paid for through a variety of funding sources.  The options below represent a few of the most common payment options, but are by no means the only sources available.  If you don't see a program that meets your situation, please give us a call and we will be happy to work with you to find solutions.

Medicaid Waiver

Clients may be eligible to receive meals at no cost through Passport or other Medicaid waiver programs.

Title 3

Residents of Seneca and Richland Counties may be eligible to receive meal services through locally sponsored Title 3 funding.


Private Pay

Individuals are always able to participate in the Home Style Selections program through our Private Pay Option.  Billing is set up monthly and can be sent directly to the client, a friend, loved one or a third party.  Payment can be made by check, debit card, Visa, Master Card or electronic funds transfer from your bank account.
